Shipping & Returns

At BeWeed, we take pride in our fast and reliable shipping services. We use discreet packaging to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner.

We're proud to offer FREE nationwide delivery to any address in South Africa for all orders over R500.00. This offer cannot be combined with any other sales or specials.

​

Our standard shipping fee is R80.00 for all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

​

All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment.

​

Please note that delivery times may take up to 2 working days once your order has been dispatched and that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of South Africa.

RETURNS 

​

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days from the date of order placement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Clearance/Sale products: These items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All clearance sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

​

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging. 

​

If a return is necessary due to customer error, such as ordering the incorrect size, the customer will be responsible for all incurred return shipping fees. The shipping fees for return collection within South Africa are R80 (from your door back to our warehouse).

In the case of a refund, BeWeed will deduct R160.00 from the order amount to cover all shipping costs, including the original delivery cost.

If a return is necessary due to an error from BeWeed, the company will cover the full shipping fees incurred.
